Let me start by saying “Merry Christmas”. Oh… and if being wished Merry Christmas, on Christmas Day, by a Christian, in a country that was created 240 years ago as a Christian nation, is offensive to you well… consider yourself offended.
This will be a relatively short post today, because… well, because it is Christmas and there is gifts to give and plenty of good food to eat. No matter what your beliefs, whether you celebrate Christmas or not, I do hope your day is filled with the people you love the most. I will add that I hope you can spend the day engaged with those people without including your modern technological interruptions in most of it. I urge you to turn off your cell phones, don’t take them to the Christmas dinner table with you, converse with those in your presence rather than text or email with those elsewhere.
